Wearing a reflective yellow vest, Wayne Wurtz spends every weekday doing something most people avoid — seeking out mosquitos throughout Gloucester County. He’s doing it to help stem the population of the tiny nuisances, but it's a job that never ends, especially in times when consistent rain provides ample breeding grounds for the bloodsucking insects.
