This weekend’s Science Saturday at the Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts and Sciences, and later at the New Jersey Maritime Museum, is for the birds – or bird enthusiasts, more accurately.

On Saturday, March 9, join Susan Puder, president of the Southern Ocean Birding Group, and Linda Gangi, master naturalist and vice president of the Southern Ocean Birding Group, “as they tell us about four seasons of birding on Long Beach Island,” said Science Saturday Chairman Bob Block.
