Last week , I included a photo from SuperBird Sunday Walk – a photo of a bird so well-camouflaged that it was hard to find. Here’s another angle, up closer – a Brown Creeper.

Now that major repairs to the Marsh Discovery Trail are completed, you can walk the entire length of the half-mile trail into the marsh, do a loop,  and finish up in the nearby Lyndhurst Reserve, where Brown Creepers, Ruby-crowned Kinglets and an Orange-crowned Warbler have seen this month.

A couple of weeks ago we featured a photo of a flock of Snow Buntings in flight. Here’s a shot of one that sat still for a moment or two near DeKorte Park.
