Discovery News: Snapped in the Sea - Underwater Photo Winners

The Second Annual Ocean Art Underwater Photo Competition, organized by the Underwater Photography Guide, recently announced its winners for 2011.

Photographers from over 50 countries entered this year, according to the guide's founder and publisher, Scott Gietler.

"The judges were really drawn into this photo," Gietler said of Tobias Friedrich's image of multiple manta rays.
