Wallace, who taught for 29 years at what was then William Paterson College, has written many fact sheets for the Rutgers Cooperative Extension and spent three years walking the Celery Farm in Allendale in a project she turned into a book, "Identifying Woody Plants at the Celery Farm Natural Area." She co-authored the book with Nancy Bristow and Deedee Burnside.
