New Jersey Conservation Foundation: Two Halloween weekend treats: Jersey Devil Hike and Star Watch

New Jersey Conservation Foundation will sponsor two events in the Pine Barrens on Saturday, Oct. 29: A “Jersey Devil Hike” in Leeds Point in the morning, and a “Star Watch” in Chatsworth in the evening.

The hike will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Leeds Point, Atlantic County, birthplace of the mythical Jersey Devil, which is said to have the head of a horse, large wings and cloven hooves.
