WNJ Exclusive: Gasland Film Screening in New Brunswick

On Saturday, October 15th at 7pm, New Jersey Food and Water Watch, Raíces Cultural Center, Edison Wetlands Association, and several other organizations are co-sponsoring the screening of producer Josh Fox's Gasland,
an award-winning documentary that exposes the serious health, safety,
and environmental impacts of hydrofracking for natural gas.
A panel discussion will follow the movie screening, moderated by Rob Lore with Gertrude Coleman, Angela Lugo, and more. Local musician and songwriter Spook Handy, will also perform and speak about the power of song as a tool for social activism.
