WNJ Photo Contest: Wild New Jersey Launches Second Annual Photo Contest



WildNewJersey.tv is excited to announce its Second Annual Photo Contest! Last year’s contest received 160 entries, covering a wide range of New Jersey's often overlooked natural splendor and unique biodiversity. Based on the interest from photographers, we are even more thrilled to see this year’s entries!

The winners will receive a $50 gift card for iTunes. Second place winners receive a signed, personalized Wild New Jersey: Nature Adventures in the Garden Sate book by author David Wheeler. Third place winners receive a Wild New Jersey t-shirt. All winners and honorable mentions will also receive a 2012 Wild New Jersey calendar.

RULES:
•   All photographs must be taken within the State of New Jersey.
•   All photo entries must be digital and uploaded as a JPEG, PNG or GIF file.
•   Entries must be received no later than November 30, 2011.
•   Each submission must include the photographer’s name, address, category, and location of photo.
•   Maximum of five entries per person.
•   By entering you agree to the Rules and Legal Conditions.  Entries failing to comply with official contest rules and legalities will be disqualified.

Prizes will be awarded in two categories: Wildlife and Nature/Scenery.

Judging will be done by a panel of WildNewJersey.tv correspondents, with decisions based on creativity, composition, and impact of conveying the uniqueness of each photo.  Awards will be announced no later than December 10, 2011.
