Committeeman Jim Leonard told his colleagues on Aug. 8 that the goose "fecal problem" — goose poop — represents a possible health risk at the pavilion, which is used by residents and outside groups as well.

A small flock of geese at White Oak Park is more than a nuisance, township officials say, it's a health hazard — and the Township Committee wants the geese gone.
