NJ Meadowlands Commission: Butterfly Day Set for Sunday, July 24

The New Jersey Meadowlands Commission (NJMC) will host its second annual Butterfly Day for nature-lovers of all ages on Sunday, July 24, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at DeKorte Park. The free event is packed with outdoor programs for the entire family, including guided butterfly walks and slide shows.

“Butterfly Day is a great opportunity for families to enjoy and learn about these amazing, beautiful creatures – and to explore the incredible natural beauty of DeKorte Park,” said Marcia Karrow, Executive Director of the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission. “The NJMC encourages everyone, from the Meadowlands and beyond, to join us for a spectacular day.”
