CourierPostOnline: Six Flags staff catch, tranquilize wayward baboon

An adolescent baboon, who had been wandering in Ocean County since at least Thursday, was captured in Howell Saturday afternoon.


The baboon was found on Fairfield Road in Howell about 2:40 p.m. and tranquilized by staff from Six Flags Wild Safari in Jackson, said Kristin Siebeneicher, a Six Flags spokeswoman. She had no details on the circumstances of the capture.
