WNJ Exclusive: Red-tailed hawk takes to the seas in Raritan Bay

Tom "Toasted" Oates, captain of the Cutter Barbara Ann, submitted this photo of a red-tailed hawk. This photo is the third installment of a Wild New Jersey series of nautical wildlife photos taken in the Raritan Bay region of New Jersey.
