The mountain laurel at Frost Woods is now in full bloom and with all of the white blossoms against the dark evergreen leaves the park is simply stunning. It's almost hard to convey in words how incredible what must be literally millions of white and pink tinged flowers look like. This is probably the most beautiful place in East Brunswick right now. The blossoms are at their peak now and won't last for more than a week or two,  so visit now if you can.
