NJ Waterway Access Changes: My9TV.com


MY9TV.COM - Days before the unofficial start of summer, a new battle is heating up over New Jersey beaches.

It's part of a plan to let towns make their own beach access rules.  Opponents - like Edison Wetlands Association's David Wheeler and Hackensack Riverkeeper Bill Sheehan - fear the result will be less public access to the sand and waterways.  Sharon Crowley reports.
