New Green Media: Re-Purpose New Jersey Clothing Drive May 7

Join Re-Purpose New Jersey, Woodbridge Township, and Edison Wetlands Association on Saturday, May 27, from 9 AM-2PM, for Woodbride's town-wide textile recycling day. Drop off your clothing, shoes, bedding and other textiles at any of the following Woodbridge Middle Schools: Avenel Middle School on 85 Woodbine Ave, Colonia Middle School on 100 Delaware Ave, Woodbridge Middle School on 525 Barron Ave, Iselin Middle School on 900 Woodruff Street, or Fords Middle School on 100 Fanning Street.

Re-Purpose New Jersey is the state’s only clothing, shoes and textiles recycler where all proceeds go to benefit New Jersey environmental charities. Last year Re-Purpose New Jersey collected over 21,000 pounds of clothing, shoes, and other textiles, saving them from being dumped into local environmentally sensitive landfills. Re-Purpose New Jersey encourages everyone to come out and recycle all of their old clothing, shoes, and other household textiles this Saturday.
