My Central Jersey: Eco-Rally at EEC Begins April 1 - Register Now!

In the continuing effort to educate the public sector on methods of saving energy and reducing the individual carbon footprint, the Somerset County Park Commission Environmental Education Center has organized its third annual Eco-Rally. The prior events have involved over 1,000 participants each year.

Beginning Friday, April 1 and concluding Friday, April 15, 2011, participating individuals, families, and work, social, or sports groups will have an opportunity to maintain a daily log of everyday tasks that serve to reduce the use of energy and promote a greener lifestyle.
