NJN News: Climatologists Say NJ 2010 Weather Marked by Extremes

2010 is being called the year of weather extremes.  The early winter months saw a series of nor’easters that battered the state with wind and heavy snow.  State climatologist Dave Robinson says the combination of a negative North Atlantic oscillation mixing with moisture laden storms from the El Nino weather pattern was to blame.
