The Gloucester County Times: $20M to help Delaware Bay after oil spill

Approximately 200 acres of wetlands and grasslands will be restored in Salem County and an oyster reef will be created in the Delaware Bay as part of a $20 million program to compensate for ecological harm caused by a 2004 oil spill bythe tanker Athos I off the West Deptford-Paulsboro shoreline, state Department of Environmental Commissioner Bob Martin announced Thursday.
