CourierPostOnline.com: Fluke Quotas Go Up, But Fight Not Over

The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council voted to increase summer flounder quotas by 33 percent for 2011. What that means for size, season and bag limits has yet to be determined, but it is a step in the right direction.
