The Gibbsboro Bikeway Network swerves through open space and wooded areas where riders will see few people and many animals. “It is incredible,” said Gibbsboro Mayor Ed Campbell. “It is wildly popular.” Campbell, who grew up in Gibbsboro, remembers when so much of the now developed borough was woods. When he became mayor 19 years ago, Campbell envisioned a bike system that would connect the open space with the schools and business parks. Over the last 10 years, paths have been built and connected.
