Join Capt. David Githens and crew aboard the OSPREY for their signature BIRDING BY BOAT™ and Tidalands Discovery tour. Simply put, this is the finest birding by boat tour in New Jersey. OSPREY has an open and enclosed viewing deck with sliding glass panoramic windows. She is very comfortable even on a cool breezy day. The OSPREY is sailing every day at 1:30pm for 2 hours and the Cape May Bird Observatory spring migration extended trips are every Sunday and Monday at 10am.

Highlights from Weekend of May 1: "For the birding crowd we had a fantastic weekend. Aboard the Sunday and Monday 10am Birding by Boat field trips with the Cape May Bird Observatory, participants enjoyed a big push of migrant shorebirds and highlights such as Common Loon in breeding plumes and a lingering Harlequin Duck. Topping the list is our Marbled Godwit making it’s annual spring appearance."
