Plumsted.org: Earth Day Crosswicks Creek Cleanup April 29-30

Help clean up sections of the Crosswicks Creek in New Egypt on April 29-30 from 9am to 1pm. Americorps Watershed Ambassador Meghan Keffer will be on hand to give an educational brief on the importance of events like this and how our part of the Crosswicks Creek impacts the rest of the watershed towns. Anyone can participate! Individuals, scouts, schools, churches, and senior citizen groups are all welcome.  Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear long sleeves, pants, and sturdy shoes that can get muddy. Bags and gloves will be provided. Severe weather cancels the event.. Meet at the municipal parking lot (behind 31 Main), Evergreen Rd., New Egypt. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUESTED - by calling 609-775-7134 or emailing williamjoelewis@gmail.com.
