The one-story building on Hainsport-Mount Laurel Road looks unassuming, and hardly like there’s a farm hiding behind it. But that is exactly what’s sitting on the other side. The unassuming building is the welcome center, the gateway to the eight-acre PAWS Farm Nature Center, a place for families to come learn about nature and farm life. The farm is home to many animals, from the New Jersey-native turkey vulture to the more exotic wallaby. “It started out being a volunteer organization, but now it is owned by Mount Laurel Township,” said Jan Pacitti, the office manager.
