Spring is just around the corner, and the Nature Center of Cape May’s popular “Mommy and Me” toddler program is back. The spring session begins March 5 at the nature center’s campus near the Coast Guard base in Cape May.
“Mommy and Me” is a weekly, eight-session program that takes place each Friday morning through April 30, (no class April 9) from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

The program is for children between the ages of two and four years along with their favorite adult. NCCM Senior Naturalist Kim Hannum teaches the classes, which are a combination of stories, songs, self-guided play, crafts, and outdoor walks. Snacks will be provided. The fee is $70.00 for the eight-week session, discounted to $50.00 for New Jersey Audubon Society members. Space is limited, and preregistration is strongly suggested. Adult participation is required.

Call the Nature Center of Cape May at 609-898-8848 for registration information, or email us at nccm@njaudubon.org. The nature center is located at 1600 Delaware Avenue, in Cape May.
