MyCentralJersey.com: Removal of trees is first step in Hillsborough habitat regeneration project at Duke Farms

Hundreds of trees in recent weeks have been removed on the Duke Farms property along Dukes Parkway West as part of a habitat regeneration project. Duke Farms representatives are embarking on transforming the grounds into what they envision as a ""newer, greener future'' for the property with expanded public access, more environmental programs, renovated structures and a chance for visitors to explore miles of paths and habitats through hiking, biking or hopping aboard one of eight sustainably powered trains.
