Burlington County Times: County buys farm for $1.8M
The 86 acres of the former Stanley Farm in Hainesport will be preserved by the county.

The Burlington County Board of Freeholders approved the purchase of an 86-acre farm in Hainesport that was slated for residential development. The county will spend $1.8 million to preserve the former Stanley family farm on Hainesport-Mount Laurel Road between Fostertown and Phillips roads. It is owned by Hainesport LLC, which had planned to build more than a dozen homes on the property.
