Star-Ledger: Skunk dumping in Cape May?

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection will investigate complaints that the borough of Avalon improperly trapped and released skunks into the Tuckahoe Wildlife Management Area, according to a report by the Press of Atlantic City.
