The photo above is from a pine forest at Rutgers Gardens. This pine forest seems to be the work of gardeners rather than nature alone since the trees are planted in strict rows. As a result, walking through it feels like walking through a series of interwoven corridors. You can see clearly from one end of the row to the other, but the views to either side are mostly screened.
