Find out about the return of the fisher, a top woodland predator eliminated from the state over 100 years ago. Guest speaker Charlie Kontos from Rutgers University will show how he discovered evidence of the fishers re-emergence using snow tracking, genetic analysis, and remote camera traps in our northwestern forests. Presentation includes the opening of a monthly exhibit focusing on fisher skulls, furs, porcupine quills and much more! Fee: $5 per child; $7 per adult; $9 per family
