Wild New Jersey Exclusive: Hunting for dinosaur sharks in the Big Brook

The first known American dinosaur was discovered in New Jersey in 1858, and today, amateur paleontologists are still making exciting discoveries today.  The Big Brook, a suburban Monmouth County stream, continues to yield incredible discoveries of ancient sharks teeth and other prehistoric life from the Cretaceous era.  Wild New Jersey's David Wheeler recently joined Ray Lewis and others on a fossil hunting tour of this ancient treasure.  Among the incredible findings from the gravel banks and winding streambed were teeth from the bizarre-looking goblin shark and remnants of an ancient squid.
